With CoD 4 barely launched, these five gentlemens from all over Europe (France, Germany, Belgium and Netherlands) will tell us all about the red hot sequel they're about to compete in to try and prove they're still the best.
Q: what would be the 3 tips TEK9 would give to win a game
ozwaldg: Play as a team, never be greedy, and never make useless negative comments to your other team8s

Q: Hi Tek9 , Cod4 is out now , but you've been playing it for a few days as crow said , do you think COD4 will be more popular as an ESport game or will its popularity remain the same as cod2?
TeK-9 Networks L-KiNG: As Davy already mentioned Activision finally seems to support the game, which will help cod4 to grow at the beginning. Further more we’ve got an attractive public system which means that cod4 is gonna have a bigger community than its predecessors.
koxy <3 UT 3: sooo how did you feel when you owned the highest clans in COD history like SPEEDLINK,LOGITEC.FI?

#kAur: If any of you have played css / 1.6 do you think cod4's play style is of a similar style?
ozwaldg: I played 1.6 for about 5 years but never really did seriously (as a team). But the game play of cod4 is basically just like cod2 (nothing like 1.6), but 1.6 brought some extra experience in cod2.
F3t1sh: How does gaming affect other aspects of your life: relationships, school, work etc.
tek9 Networks Davy: - I can perfectly find a balance with irl stuff and gaming. I still go out every week and have a very active social life. It's just a matter of planning.
'EeG~Admin.Marder: how does the equipment effect a pro gamer is it a must that have to have a good pc to be pro or is it just skill ?
tek9|aydiiN: It's not about the equipment you use or config or pc, but if you have good equipment good pc and stuff it will be a lot easier to play it but other then that you need to play a lot train and logical thinking.
Anatase: how do you practice? Do you only play match or do you practice more deeply and in a different way some situation where you had problem in the past?
TeK-9 Networks L-KiNG: Well in general we just share our opinions about tactics at the beginning. then we start to define them and start praccing :< and if we notice that there are some problems we try to fix them.
Anatase: What do you guys think about the French cod scene? Do you fear some of the teams you're going to meet on Saturday the 17th ?
ozwaldg: Well we played 1 game so far in cod4, so we basically fear every team there.
TEK9, what is your preferred game type? TDM, DM, CTF , HQ or S&D?

taurinebot: I personally like CTF the most, it's usually faster than SD and requires more team play.

ozwaldg: I'd go for M60 personally, but most of us will mostly play with M4 coz its easy to handle...
koxy <3 UT 3: the question of questions why are u playing don't you think it's a waste of time later on?
TeK-9 Networks L-KiNG: - I don t think that we are wasting our time right now , we are earning some money , we are able to travel to other countries and we’ve got a good team spirit which means that we have a lot of fun at lan events. And we really don’t practice that much , u won t see us playing more than 2 days a week.
#kAur: Does your lan performance differ from that of online?
tek9 Networks Davy: - On lan there's more pressure and it gets you more excited and pumped up because of the adrenaline. Online we play worse because we don’t get that kind of excitement like we have at lans. All of us can cope with pressure really well and that makes us one of the better teams in the game.
Lubu: How does it feel in a lan when so many people watching you. Scared or pressure to win the game?
ozwaldg: When you really are into the game you soon forget people are actually speccing you. Of course in the beginning it always brings extra pressure...

tek9 Networks Davy: - I used to cheat in carmageddon 2 :(:(
ozwaldg: I did in 1.6 when i was young, but never did for winning purposes, only for fun. Of course it pissed off opponents but it was so fun. But cheating for actually winning a game is really sad (imo)
koxy <3 UT 3: who do u think will be the hardest to beat in COD4?
tek9|aydiiN: I think dignitas, speedlink now, but that's because they’ve been playing for pretty long so they have an advantage on us. But in the future the number of good teams will grow
#kAur: Are you finding cod 4 maps to be too cluttered with junk which slows the gameplay?
taurinebot: Yep, there's too much stuff laying around indeed, I don't think it will necessarily slower the gameplay though, it's just useless.
#kAur: Do you think any perks should be left on for competitive match play?
tek9 Networks Davy: - Bandolier, Stopping Power should be in! But I haven’t played the game THAT much yet so my opinion will probably change.
Lubu: When you lose in you matches how do you help each other feel better

ozwaldg: No we never do, but I know some people from teams beginning by "hard" and finishing by "kill" that do :(((

tek9|aydiiN: I think it is better to have it the way you say it actually, I find the way it is now a bit crap that you can choose all weapons on each side.

tek9 Networks Davy: - In cod2 I usually got very angry when being very unlucky. I broke some mice with that in the beginning :P But after a while I was able to control myself and that really helps a lot.

tek9|aydiiN: I think every team will have a chance to make it to the top, because it's a new game and everyone starts from the beginning.
taurinebot: I don't think a lot of those teams will reach anything, there will certainly be some talented new players, but the team will die eventually.

ozwaldg: I give the commands, my privates follow the orders, at once.
