Christian "Snowcrash" Schuett is 31 years old and works for Reakktor Media Ltd. in Hannover, Germany. His primary responsibilities are in community management and leading the in-game customer support and event teams. In addition to that he is also responsible for game design on Reakktor's current MMOG, "Neocron".

Jen manages European community teams for all NCsoft's games including City of Heroes / City of Villains, Guild Wars, Tabula Rasa and the upcoming fantasy MMO Aion: Tower of Eternity.
