Manga Fighter GM (devilzed): Hey everyone. I'm the GM or better known as MF_Team...Thank you for coming :D
Manga Fighter GM (devilzed): Question: =«عм»= XFUBX (xfubx): Hi. I play the game alot. I was wondering if any time soon there would be a map editor of any sort or kind?
Answer: We have been thinking about this..It would be really neat to see what players can do with a map customizer..Not only would it put more maps out but it will become very interesting to see what everyoen will do.
Manga Fighter GM (devilzed): Question: Mimi Chan (tehmimichan): Considering adding a background music per map?
Answer: Since each map has their own unique style and play we have been considering it so it give each map their own type and feel...Sound effect is important so the balance can be an issue. But we are still considering the background music even though
Manga Fighter GM (devilzed): Question: [USMC]LightSol (lightsol): what made you to choose the anime/cartoon style graphics instead of more serious ?
Answer: We decide to go with something less serious because we wanted something friendly for everyone and casual. The game has a less serious feel compared to CS but still all the fun aspects and slightly less seriousness. Having FUN is the main thing.
Manga Fighter GM (devilzed): Question: what was that Taunt you do before u get killed?
Answer: The death animation before you died is more like a fun side to it. Instead of your normal bang your dead. We wanted to give a funny appeal to being eliminated.
Team_MF (jstippy): We are seriously considering making a town map, you may see it in the near future
Team_MF (jstippy): a place for socializing and networking
Team_MF (jstippy): trading, making-out... lol
Team_MF (jstippy): We are going to have Clan/Guild system in the game, this will encourage more interaction and fun

Manga Fighter GM (devilzed): Question: Tape (krazytape): Do you plan to add a clan system to the game ?
Answer: Yes, we do on plan in adding a clan/guild system. With our collaboration with Xfire clan system will work even better than we anticipated. Clans will be able to communicate through Xfire and also as you know create your clans..In the near future clans/guild will be available :D
Team_MF (jstippy): I don't think we will add customization of weapons or items... our goal is to create an atmosphere that is fun and crazy... perhaps we will make more options to customize game modes though.
Manga Fighter GM (devilzed): Question: Matt (rec0ilz): Do you plan making a weapon only game, such as "meele only" tab in certain games?
Answer: We are seriously considering a melee mode...I would love to whack everyone all day...It be awesome and really fun
Team_MF (jstippy): There are plans to increase the power of the spam blocking. Right now, you can block private messages and bad language in the options menu. However, we are also going to add a function to prevent multiple messages from the same user in a short time-period. Maybe a limit of 3 messages in 30 seconds, or something like that.
Team_MF (jstippy): New projects? GamesCampus is planning on publishing the new game Concerto Gate in a couple months. I am very excited for it.
Manga Fighter GM (devilzed): Question: [USMC]LightSol (lightsol): Have you thought of adding vehicles to the game? this would encourage making bigger maps and some whacky cars to travel around?
Answer: We have released the concept art of a new map, the map will have airplanes flying by and dropping bombs that can damage you. Also, in the picture you may notice a turret....This turret will be usable so that you blast everyone in your way...Dodging bombs while on a turret....I personally can't wait for this one..:-)
Team_MF (jstippy): We are considering the addition of beginner zone and advanced zone to the free zone. We think this will help new players adjust to the competition better.
Team_MF (jstippy): No, we do not plan to add an option that blocks the use of ONLY rainbow cards
Manga Fighter GM (devilzed): Question: Mimi Chan (tehmimichan): whats the different between p2p and server-client? what makes you chose p2p for MF?
Answer: We decided to go with p2p because of the movements of the characters. P2P is much faster than your typical TCP-IP which you normally see in MMORPG. TCP is slightly slower because of the characters actions that doesn't require much movement and intensity as shooters.
Manga Fighter GM (devilzed): Question: Mimi Chan (tehmimichan): any prizes for the first player to get teh 'divine' rank?
Answer: Once player get closer to the special rankings, we'll release more info about the items....Until then keep at it MimiChan, you never know, you might get your Type 03 Blade
Team_MF (jstippy): We have thought about adding more characters to the game. In fact, there is a strong possibility we will add a super secret character that can only be aquired off an Item Mall with cash... just a possibility
Manga Fighter GM (devilzed): Question: ~§ßW~þüñï§hë® (sbwpunisher): what u think about adding friends to ur account? also making a clan?
Answer: Currently, I have filled my friends list with many friends...so many that i can't add anymore. Although I would love to have everyone on my buddy list. As far as joining clans. We have thought about joining clans and possibly making one.
Team_MF (jstippy): The server is located in northern-California. Right now there is no plan to add a server specifically for Europe, but you never know; we might
Manga Fighter GM (devilzed): Question: Kyoujin (xxkyoujinxx): Will there be a hi-tech (future) kind of map since there are robot characters in the game?
Answer: The very original idea of Sai and Dr. Uru were that they were waaay too advance aliens. We have thought about making a high tech map almost like a map where they are fun. We think it would be really fun and exciting.
Team_MF (jstippy): The trends in online gaming have been very serious game-play modes. We like to be happy. We chose to target a youthful crowd with less bloodthirsty action.
Manga Fighter GM (devilzed): Question: [USMC]LightSol (lightsol): Will there be requirenments for making a clan ? like having a certain level or a cash price?
Answer: We do not want to put a limit on making clans...It should be decided by players what they want to do with their clans. We are about having fun and not taking any of that away from you guys and gals. It's your clan and you should be able to do what you want with it
Manga Fighter GM (devilzed): Question: ~§ßW~þüñï§hë® (sbwpunisher): will this game be free for forever?
Answer: Yes, this game will be FREE FOREVER,
Team_MF (jstippy): You can play the game free forever, but there will be an Item Mall to purchase superior items
Team_MF (jstippy): Perhaps we will increase new items for characters such as a set of clothes which is actually armour. I couldn't tell you the abilities it would have at this time.
Team_MF (jstippy): We are planning on implimenting an Item Mall this summer, maybe earlier. The game will still be free to play.
Manga Fighter GM (devilzed): Question: =«عм»= XFUBX (xfubx): Why did you decide to go for the 3rd person view, not the traditonal 1st person view?
Answer: We went with a third person view because we thought it be really cool to see your character running around, faking your own death, taunting, and general actions.
Manga Fighter GM (devilzed): Question: [USMC]LightSol (lightsol): Have you considered adding a "duel" mode where 2 players bash it out while there are spectators watching the game?
Answer: Any suggestion in improvig game play and making it more fun will be taken. If you played last year, you will see a great improvement and changes from then to now. We always are looking for ways to make the game more fun.
Team_MF (jstippy): We are the publisher of the game. We discuss some aspects with the developers, but we do not actually create the game. So, I really cannot give much advice about what is needed for you to develope your own game.
Manga Fighter GM (devilzed): Question: =«عм»= XFUBX (xfubx): Have you ever considered a global comp or tournement?
Answer: Yes, Manga Fighter is a global game and people from all over the world is already playing. We have been thinking about a global tournament and think that it be really nice. Meeting everyone too would be really cool
Team_MF (jstippy): We plan on modifying the title system for the better. We may add new titles, but we may remove omse also.
Team_MF (jstippy): There are options to lower the graphics which should help your lag some. Also, try not to have downloads running or have other programs running while playing manga. Maybe try resetting your modem as well. Currently, have optimized Manga Fighter to run as smooth as possible.
Manga Fighter GM (devilzed): Question: [USMC]LightSol (lightsol): Another mode might be a "king of the hill" one, 2 teams , 1 point and both want to stay there for a certain time, this might be put into the futuristic map - a console in the middle of the map - the robots/aliens try to get to the console to enable the defenses? while the others try to get there to destroy it
Answer: We have been thinking about new game modes. We want everyone to have more fun and game modes will improve this. The more modes we have the more options you will have selecting your game type.
Team_MF (jstippy): It is a possibility for us to add flags for player locations, but right now guilds/clan flags are a higher priority
Team_MF (jstippy): Our game engine is self-developed. It's Onnet Korea technology.
Manga Fighter GM (devilzed): Question: USMC]LightSol (lightsol): have you thought about an ingame "banlist"? a person can "ban" people from his servers for swearing of other bad things and then they cant join the games where that player is the master
Answer: We have been thinking of ways to optimize this. As you know players can get sometime out of hand. The GM's handle this issue at the moment because of the size fo the community. When we grow into a bigger community we will definately add a way for players to take actions against other offensive players.
