Answer: The engine is pretty outdated, but it's been around in Korea for many years. I do not see the engine being updated unless a sequel was in the making.

Answer: I believe Dragonfly wanted more than just your simple FPS game. They wanted to add more variables to your strategy. I.E. SP management, weapon maintenance, etc.

Answer: Changing game balance is always a serious thing to consider. It takes a lot of discussion between developers and planners for the game to decide on these things.
