The NSE has returned and will grow fast. Many of you know that NSE has never officially been defeated, but instead it has constantly sank into the shadows to rise anew and more powerful than ever. Each time NSE returns it returns stronger than ever.
As my first line of business as the True Dark Lord of the Sith, I hereby proclaim that all clans who are in league with Tsuchoi in his Alliance shall be given one of two options:
1. Anyone in league with Tsuchoi must leave his alliance and discontinue any communication with him.
2. If they choose not to do so they must disban their clans.
If neither of these happens, the order for my army to destroy any and all Clans in league with Tsuchoi and his Alliance will be given.
Order 99 is in effect, those who are in league with Tsuchoi and his Alliance would do well to cohere with this order or face certain doom. I have spoken...
