Left 4 Dead 2 Achievements fixed
Valve has announced that the Steam back-end has been updated to fix the issue with achievements and statistics of Left 4 Dead 2 resetting to 0 or displaying wrong. Any users having currently incorrect data should get their stats back during this week.

Legendary Survivor of the week
This member of the Official Left 4 Dead Xfire Community has only been on Xfire for a few months, but of the games he has played, Left 4 Dead along with Left 4 Dead 2 is the most played one. During the past week he has also posted a ton of screenshots of Left 4 Dead 2, you could almost view the whole opening video by just scrolling through them!

Left 4 Dead 2 update
An update for Left 4 Dead 2 has been released. It will be automatically downloaded when you next time try to start the game or Steam checks for updates. Server owners are required to update their servers.

• Fixed performance problem when rendering lots of decals, notably when fighting tanks with shotguns
  
• Fixed rcon response not working on Linux dedicated servers
  
• Fixed matchmaking problem matching into Advanced and Expert games
  
• Fix bug that would cause other specials to try to pummel a player a Charger disconnects or reconnects
  
• Fixed versus mode results panel being cut off in transition stats screen in non-english
  
• Found games: fixed non-player entries drawing the wrong type of icon in the selected item name label
  
• Game mode selector on main menu now takes keyboard input
